Carlos Montes is a professional with a vast experience in the real estate industry. His journey in this sector dates back to 2001 when he founded ABBY Real Estate. Since then, he has been known for his constant desire to learn and grow, which has led him to hold positions as Manager in the Pre-sales and Mortgage Credit areas. Throughout all these years, Carlos has invested time and effort in training himself and staying updated on the latest trends in the real estate market.
In 2006, Carlos decided to embark on his own path and founded his own real estate company, 2507 Real Estate. During his time at the helm of this company, he showcased his leadership skills and his ability to close significant deals. However, in 2016, Carlos decided to face a new challenge and moved to California, where he focused on studying English and obtaining his real estate agent license in this state.
Carlos' efforts and dedication paid off in 2021 when he finally obtained his California license. With this achievement under his belt, Carlos decided to join Coldwell Banker Realty, a renowned company in the real estate sector. When I started my career in the real estate industry in 2001, what truly captivated me was seeing the faces of my clients when they entered their new property and noticing the joy and pride reflected in them. Observing that emotion in my clients drove me to want to improve my skills every day. I understood that one of the most important decisions in life is to invest in a property that helps them continue to grow.
That's why I decided to take courses in emotional intelligence, sales techniques, closing techniques, real estate laws, finances for buyers, finances for real estate agents, and professional ethics. I learned to understand the emotions of my clients, what motivates them to buy, and to understand their needs in order to find the property they are looking for.
In 2016, I moved to San Francisco, California, to start studying English. Then, in 2019, I enrolled in Kaplan to obtain my real estate license in California, which I obtained in 2021. I started working at Coldwell Banker Realty Oakland, where I learned about the buying and selling process in California, contracts, inspections, and how to prepare a property for sale, in addition to many sales techniques.
By the end of 2021, I have the vision to invest in Tulum, Mexico, and learn through my own experience what it is like to buy as a foreigner in Mexico. I am also starting to educate myself on trusts, credits for foreigners, and, most importantly, obtaining my real estate diploma at La Salle University Cancun.

We have a marketing manager who has been instrumental in promoting my projects through various media, including social networks and other communication channels. I also have two mentors who provide support and guidance in integrating new members into the team.
